OFFICE REMOVALS – TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Office Hours:  Mon – Fri 08h00 to 16h30

A surcharge of 30% of the value will apply for after hour visits

  1. Please ensure that you compile an accurate inventory list before items are packed & transported.
  2. Items not listed on your inventory list will not be transported. Kistan Office will only return for forgotten items at an extra cost.
  3. Any boxes packed by the client with fragile items must be clearly marked.
  4. Should the distance from our vehicle to your front door exceed 25 meters there will be cost implications, calculated on the size of the load and the distance your goods should be shuttled.
  5. Suitable parking for our vehicles must be arranged.
  6. Electrical equipment & plumbing must be disconnected by the client prior to the move, to avoid any problems.
  7. For any long distance removals further than 100km payment will be due prior to booking & transportation.
  8. For any internet transfers, proof of payment needs to be sent.
  9. All payments to be done on COD basis.
  10.  NO CASH TO BE PAID TO THE STAFF.
  11. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES:  Please note on the job card/service call sheet if anything is to be discarded or given to staff.
